Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms chicken


  • 250 gms minced chicken


  • 3 nos finely chopped onions


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 nos finely chopped tomatoes


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt according to taste or


  • 2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves


  • 1/4 cups mint leaves


  • 2 nos green chilly chopped


  • 1 cups for marination: curd


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 4 nos green cardamom


  • 10-15 nos black peppercorns


  • 50 nos cloves


  • 1/2 inch mace


  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  • Heat a pan and dry roast Green cardamom, cumin seeds, Cloves, black peppercorns, Nutmeg & mace. transfer in a grinder and grind it in to a fine powder.
  • Wash chicken and add curd, Dry masala and one teaspoon salt in it. Mix well and keep aside for 30 min.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  • Add onions in it and saute until become golden.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and soute for 5 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and green chilly in it and saute until oil separates.
  • Add salt and pepper and turmeric powder in it. Mix well.
  • Add marinated chicken in it. Mix well and cook for five minutes.
  • Add minced chicken, corriander leaves and mint leaves in it. Mix well and cook until moisture dries and oil separates.
  • Add half glass water in it. Mix well and cook on low flame until done.
  • It's ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
